All of us give our lives to something. It might be our family, our career, school, a hobby. We all pursue something. It might be to make our marriage better. It might be to get more education. It might be to lose weight or even grow closer to God.
What does what we pursue say about us?
Everything.
What we pursue defines us. What we pursue ultimately makes us who we are because what we give our time to shows what matters most to us.
This week, as we continue our series in the book of James, we’ll be looking at 1:9 – 11 and looking at what we pursue, how to make decisions and what we give our lives to ultimately defines our lives.
